Meet Leon Rich
Since I was a child, I have been fascinated by the human body, how it works, and why it works. I've always loved to see people do well and succeed in things they work at to achieve. I love to be able to help people overcome hurdles and not be limited in enjoying life. This is one of the most rewarding aspects of what I do. I've always strived to be honest, open, objective and fair in everything I do. Everyone is equal and deserves the chance for a quality of life. To be happy.
After completing my honours degree and becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic, I moved to Tamworth in 2007, where I have lived and worked since. I have continued to professionally develop skills and knowledge in all areas of health care, dedicated to the care of all patients to help everyone have a quality of life and achieve their own personal goals. I have continued to develop research in multiple areas of healthcare and publish work. I have lectured, been a guest speaker, and consulted with international companies on product development, including Mamas and Papas.
Meet Elliot Needle
Chiropractic stood out to me as a way to work closely with people and make a genuine difference in how they feel and move each day, whether that’s easing discomfort, supporting recovery, or simply making life feel a little easier. I find it incredibly fulfilling to see patients regain their confidence and freedom of movement, and I aim to achieve this by listening carefully, tailoring care plans to each individual, and applying evidence-based techniques.
Outside of work, I value personal development and maintaining a healthy balance through sport and activity. I have played cricket and rugby from a young age, and both remain important parts of my life. These experiences have given me a strong appreciation for the importance of movement, resilience, and recovery, insights I bring into my work every day to help patients achieve their goals.

Meet Edward Barker
My journey into chiropractic started from a lifelong love of sport and a fascination with the mechanics of the human body. Stemming from years of sporting injuries myself, I love helping others overcome their own pain or setbacks so they can get back to doing what they love.
As a chiropractor, I believe in treating the patient, not just the condition. Everyone’s story is different, and I like to take my time to listen and tailor care to their specific needs. My aim is to help you move better, feel stronger and improve your quality of life.
I have extra qualifications in sports taping and K-taping, with a strong interest in sports related injuries. I love working with active people of all levels and helping them strive to achieve their personal goals.
Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me on the pitch, at the gym or keeping active in any way I can. “Movement is key” is a moto I like to live by as it has always been a big part of my life and I’m passionate about helping others keep it that way too.
