Social Media Giveaway Terms & Conditions

This giveaway is organised by Lichfield Chiropractic Clinic and Tamworth Chiropractic Clinic.

One winner will receive a £50 voucher to spend on treatments or services at either Lichfield Chiropractic Clinic or Tamworth Chiropractic Clinic.

The voucher is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used in one transaction unless otherwise stated by the clinic.

Share the post to your story or page (proof may be required if your account is private).
Tag a friend in the comments for one additional entry per tag.
Each interaction on any qualifying giveaway post between 28th November to 19th December 2025 counts as an entry..

Open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
Employees of Lichfield Chiropractic Clinic or Tamworth Chiropractic Clinic (and their families) are not eligible.
No purchase necessary.

A winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
The winner will be announced on our social media pages and contacted directly by DM.
If the winner does not respond within 2 weeks, a new winner will be selected.

By entering, participants agree that their name and social media username may be used in winner announcements.
No personal data will be used for any other purpose without consent.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Facebook.
By entering, participants agree to release Instagram and Facebook of all responsibility.

We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if necessary.

Each entrant may receive a maximum of:
- 1 entry for liking a qualifying giveaway post.
- 1 entry for sharing a qualifying giveaway post.
- Up to 5 entries for tagging friends in the comments (1 entry per unique tag).
Duplicate tags, repeated tags of the same person, or excessive tagging will not count.
Tags must be real people personally known to the entrant. Tags of celebrities, influencers, brands, companies, or fictional names will not be accepted.

Each qualifying post will clearly state that it forms part of the giveaway.
For each post published between 28th November 2025 and 19th December 2025, the following will count as valid entries:
- 1 like,
- 1 share,
- Up to the allowed number of valid tags (as defined above).
Duplicate interactions on the same post (e.g., unliking and reliking, or resharing multiple times) do not generate additional entries.

Participants entering via a private Instagram or Facebook account must send a screenshot proof via DM to confirm their share.
Failure to provide proof may void the “share” entry for that post.

Entrants must use only one social media account to enter the giveaway.
Use of multiple accounts by the same individual will result in all entries from those accounts being voided.

Any account that appears to be automated, inactive, newly created solely for competitions, or otherwise suspected of being a bot or fake account will be removed from the giveaway.
All entries from such accounts will be deemed invalid.

The promoter reserves the right to request reasonable proof of identity before awarding the prize (e.g., name confirmation or basic ID).
Failure to provide verification may result in the prize being reallocated to a new winner.

Only entries from residents of the United Kingdom are eligible.
The prize must be redeemed at either Lichfield Chiropractic Clinic or Tamworth Chiropractic Clinic.

Any entrant who posts abusive, offensive, or disruptive comments will be removed, their comments deleted, and all entries disqualified.
We aim to keep the giveaway positive, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone.
